Mi Lan Xiang Dan Cong (蜜兰香单丛)
high-altitude oolong from the Phoenix Mountains - “Aroma of Honey Orchid”
One of the most diverse oolongs in mainland China comes from a small kingdom near the Wudong Mountains (凤凰山), Guangdong Province. Apply to a unique type of “single bushes” (单丛), each of which has its own individual aromatic character. This one has the classic variety Mi Lan Xiang (“honey orchid”), which has a deep flower-fruit profile.
Сма і аром
Dry leaves are dark, burgundy-brown, tightly twisted on the axis.
The aroma is complex and rich: honey, orchids, tropical fruits, spices.
Nasty is Burshtinovian, insightful, with a step-by-step transition in deep red tones.
The taste is thick, oxamitic, with notes of butterfly honey, dried berries, spices and fruity freshness. A slight bitterness and subtle sourness add to the flavor.
Poslyasmak is trival, richly spherical, enveloping, depriving the sweetness and warmth of the fruit.
