A special oolong, created in the Yunnan province using the technology of anaerobic (acid-free) fermentation in a nitrogen atmosphere. During this process, GABA, a natural neurotransmitter, accumulates in the tea leaves, which reduces stress, normalizes tension and helps to deeply relax. This tea follows the classic traditions of oolong tea and modern advances in tea fermentation.
