Tsey Shu is a special stage in the development of our project. We have been looking for cheese for a long time, as if it would add softness, oiliness and depth for beginners. After a lot of preparation, this little one will be ready to meet you.
Tea made in 2021, harvested in the Menhai region (Yunnan province). This fermentation took place using the classic technology of “hair distillation” (渥堆), with further ripening.

The aroma of dry leaves is deep, sweet-spicy, with village, caramel notes.
The infusion has a thick texture and a dark cavo color. The relish has a top quality, chocolate, cocoa flakes.
Tea gives a smooth, soft, plump taste - good for focused work.

Brew with water at a temperature of 95–100 °C, first pour for 15 seconds (wash the egg first).
Shu puer well vitrifies 5-6 straits. Suitable for a teapot, but will not open properly in a thermos.
