Tsei shu pu-erh was prepared in 2016 from the large-leaf leaves of old trees in Yunnan. Pressed into a hand-made 200-gram pancake, “Blue Lotus” is an unheralded representative of the world: it’s not about long-term steeping in the brew, but about the transformation of relish into a bowl. Only 4-5 spills are visible, but the skin from them is bright and irritating.

The relish has an oily, rich body, top quality, with light sweetness and deep underground notes, characteristic of wine-scented teas.
