Red tea from the place Isin is the place where famous teapots made from Isin clay are popular. I prepare it by hand from the middle and loose leaves of local varieties (中小叶种), this tea is of the Gongfu class and has a distinct edging and a distinctive savory profile.

The bouquet of dry leaves is warm, bready-spicy, with honey, village notes and light citrus-berry notes. The brewed dish reveals a complex composition: bread crust, dried fruits, zest, chocolate, spices.

The taste is rich, smooth, softly tart, with a slight sourness and fruity sweetness.
Poslyasmak is voluminous, persistent, envelops the insides, eliminating any heat.

Рекомндації

Brew with water at a temperature of 85–90 °C. First strait - 15 seconds. The tea easily flows through 7 strains, gradually revealing subtle nuances. It is good both for wound practice and for leisurely evening tea.
