Houshan Huang Ya (霍山黄芽)
Yellow tea from the high-altitude Hoshan - “zhewty brunki”
Houshan Huang Ya is a high-wine yellow tea that is prepared exclusively from the youngest tea leaves collected on high-altitude plantations near the Hoshan Mountains (Anhui Province). This is one of the most valuable Chinese hot teas, known for its delicate aroma, soft taste and fine texture of the infusion.
Picking herbs in 2024 will mean spring, if the leaf is already fresh and the brunette still retains its sweetness and those same “spring” energies.
Сма і аром
Dried leaves have a warm, soft aroma with notes of bread, straw, chestnuts and field flowers.
The infusion has a light smokiness, honey sweetness and a smooth, soft body.
The taste is round, clean, with a balance between sweetness and herbaceousness.
Pislyasmak is calm, smooth, without abrupt transitions.
